Komodrag and the the Mounodor were born in 2019 featuring two heavy, psych rock bands, Moundrag and Komodor. Their debut album was made in Finisterian Holy Land. A pure home-made product! Green Fields of Armorica is an album of eight tracks, ranging from classic rock tunes like “Marie-France” to melancholy ballads like “It Could Be You”. It’s an opus that takes us on a trip back to the golden age of rock, accompanied by two drum kits, three supercharged guitars and a Hammond organ, for a record that’s somewhere between 70s rock and psychedelic rock, with 100% boundless energy. The seven musicians, four of whom share the mic, bring a characteristic zeal and spirit to the record, like the supergrands of the 70s, with vocals predominating without stealing space from the amps & other instruments. To embellish the vocal parts, the band called on singers Claudia Gonzalez (Cachemira) and Maëlle Puligny (Modulator II).FerventdefendersoftheheritageofCreedenceClearwaterRevivalandGrandFunkRailroad,to name but a few, the band hope to leave an indelible mark onpeople’sminds with this debut album.
