Perfect Toy dive into the exciting and dynamic world of the Hammond Organ, compiling this collection of thirteen tracks featuring the legendary instrument. We also have a rare slice of Philly funk & soul from Carl Holmes & The Commanders thanks to Tramp Records.

On the albums front we have a restock of Iannis Xenakis GRM Works courtesy of Recollection GRM. 12″s this week see a one-two of heavy hitters, with Loosewomen returning to Grade 10 with some housey rollers (including a stunning Mr G remix) and Von D laying the business on Deep Medi. There’s also a new one from Pearson Sound & Clara!, with a frenetic and hypnotic 10″. Big support from all the best DJ’s, big “Tip!” from us.
Jazz, Latin
American saxophonist Stanley J. Zappa teams up with Finnish drummer Simo Laihonen on this new album of bold and adventurous jazz from WeJazz. Finally we have Otto De Rojas y su Orqeusta with some reissued Latin funk courtesy of Matasuna.
